1. Registration

• Open to medical professionals, researchers, students, and healthcare workers.
• Information provided must be accurate and complete.
• Registration is confirmed only after full payment.
• Organizers may reject any registration without prior notice.

2. Payment

• All fees are in INR (₹) unless stated otherwise.
• Payments must be made through authorized channels.
• Taxes and payment gateway charges apply as per law.
• Receipts will be issued upon successful payment.

3. Participation & Conduct

• Name badges must be worn at all times.
• Registration is non-transferable without organizer approval.

4. Content & Intellectual Property

• All presentations and materials remain the property of their authors.
• Unauthorized recording or reproduction is prohibited.
• Organizers may record sessions for documentation and promotion.

5. CME Credits

• CME credits will be awarded based on participation and attendance.
• Certificates will be given only to registered delegates meeting the requirements.

6. Schedule & Changes

• The organizing committee may modify schedules, speakers, or venues as needed.
• No liability will be assumed for delays or rescheduling due to unforeseen events.

7. Liability

• Organizers are not responsible for injury, loss, or property damage.
• Travel and accommodation arrangements are the participant’s responsibility.
• Participants are encouraged to have personal travel and health insurance.

8. Force Majeure

The organizers will not be liable for cancellation or delay due to circumstances beyond control, such as natural disasters, pandemics, government orders, or technical failures.

9. Cancellation Policy

• If the event is cancelled by organizers, fees will be refunded or transferred.
• Refunds apply only to registration fees and not travel or accommodation costs.

10. Dispute Resolution

• These terms are governed by the laws of India.
• Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Indore, Madhya Pradesh.
