Submit your abstract for poster presentation. Please follow the submission guidelines below.
Please read the following carefully before submitting your poster presentation abstract.
The title must be concise (max 20 words). Include names, affiliations, and contact details of all authors.
Include background, objectives, methods, results, and conclusion. Avoid images, tables, or references.
Word limit: 250 words. Font: Arial 11pt. File type: .doc / .docx only. Language: English.
All abstracts must be submitted before 15th December 2025. Late submissions won’t be considered.
Selected abstracts will receive official acceptance emails within 2 weeks of submission.
Presenters must be available at their posters during the assigned session for Q&A interaction.
Note: Abstract should be concise, original, and relevant to the conference theme. Accepted abstracts will be displayed during the poster presentation session.
