Refund Policy
The following refund policy applies to all registrations for GI Conclave Indore 2026.
Please read carefully before making any payment.
1. Eligibility for Refund
- Refunds are applicable only for delegate registration fees paid directly through official channels.
- Requests must be made in writing via email to the official organizing committee within the specified timeline.
- Refunds will not be processed for no-shows or cancellations made after the cutoff date.
2. Refund Timeline
- Before 31st October 2025: 75% of the paid amount will be refunded (after deduction of transaction charges).
- Between 1st November and 30th November 2025: 50% of the paid amount will be refunded.
- After 1st December 2025: No refund will be issued.
3. Refund Method
- Refunds will be processed via the same mode of payment used during registration.
- Processing time may take 15–30 business days after approval.
- Any bank or payment gateway charges will be borne by the participant.
4. Event Cancellation or Postponement
- If the event is cancelled or postponed by the organizers, participants will be notified via email or website announcement.
- In such cases, the organizers may offer full or partial refunds, or transfer the registration to a future event.
5. Non-Refundable Items
- Accommodation, travel, or personal expenses are non-refundable under any circumstances.
- Payments made through third-party agents or unofficial links will not be considered for refunds.
